The Unique Group in Solidarity

The world is currently in a state of emergency amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The Unique Group is first and foremost committed to the health and safety of all employees, customers and suppliers. It is encouraged that each and every one of us stays home, stays safe, and most importantly isolates from others whenever possible.

The unfortunate reality is that these unpredictable changes affect us all, and as we monitor the situation day by day, we become grounded in the belief that communal effort can take us very far. The Unique Group takes the safety and health of our patrons very seriously, and are complying with WHO regulations and recommendations.

There will be many heroes when the story of COVID-19 gets written. From our front line workers to caretakers and nurses, we see selfless acts throughout the world. There will be plenty of examples of human kindness, determination, and creativity during these desperate times.

As we each do our part to fight the disease, it is the perfect time to start thinking about how to amplify the current protective measures we have in place – from our households to the products that we use daily. The Unique Group commits to clean, eco-conscious alternative packaging solutions, and is constantly looking for ways to keep up with consumer demands; which is why we will introducing a new antimicrobial packaging technology including price tickets, hangtags and stickers.

Especially in e-commerce and retail businesses, where the spread of viral bacteria is high due to the amount of traffic touching the products, it is important to have these precautions in place. When you think about the number of places a package needs to pass through just to get to its end consumer – the manufacturer, the warehouse, the shipping truck, you would expect there to be stricter cleanliness rules surrounding this topic.

The Unique Group is committed to following protocols in efforts to aid the government, clients and employees maintain a safe environment and reduce the risk of getting sick. In solidarity, we each play a small role in helping to create a healthier space.
